What we offer

The four-day workweek

We’re convinced that to establish a positive long-term relationship with work, we need to achieve a more harmonious balance between our personal and professional lives. That’s why we’ve been testing the four-day workweek throughout the company since 2019.

Hybrid work model

We embrace flexible working with purpose, harmonizing work and personal life while prioritizing a strong collaborative spirit. Employees can work remotely up to 50% of the time in alignment with their team’s rituals.

Make parenthood matter

We believe that parenthood should never be an obstacle in a person’s career. In our support of our employees in their role (or future role) as parents, we signed the Parental Challenge, an egalitarian and inclusive policy towards parenthood.

Mental health

We recognize mental health as an important aspect of building a sustainable relationship with work. We partner with platforms to offer mental health resources as well as a group of certified on-call employee mental health first aiders. And of course, our door is always open to feedback on how to better support our teams.
